It's three a.m. and as I sit here

I watch the glow from the moonlight

Coming into the dark room

Casting shadows in the night.


There's something magical

In the way it shines through.

As I watch it dancing thru the curtain

I see the silouhette of you.



I walk toward the window

And hear you calling me,

But you're not here and

I can't believe what i see.


I see the sunset in all it's beauty

Brilliant as I've never seen before.

I walk down to the beach

I need to see more.



And there you are....arms outstretched

With that mischievous grin from ear to ear

As we wrap our arms 'round one another

I hear you whisper...sweetheart, come here.


We lay upon the sand

And you gently kiss my face

While your hands explore my body

Until they find that special place.



Darlin' ...

We sure can love each other when we try.

And the ecstasy you fill me with

Sends me soaring to the sky.


I watch you fading from me

As I sit alone in the night

And I watch the curtains blowing softly

In the magic of the moonlight.
