My Hero ~ My Valentine I've loved you over half my life, I love you even more after all this time. You have always been my hero Through the good and the bad times. Life hasn't always been fair, And not very easy for you. You worked long and hard To make our dreams come true. We both made mistakes along the way, Causing rough times and sad times, But our love kept us strong- You're my hero, you're my valentine. Now, In the winter of our lives, The children grown and gone, We've learned to find ourselves again And enjoy love's old sweet song. On this special day I'd like to tell you How much I appreciate your care & love. And I'm so grateful that you're mine. You will always be my hero And forever you'll be my Valentine.
