There once was a beautiful woman
That lived in the woods all alone.
She found such serenity there
And to others it was unknown.
It was her own little garden of eden
Every day she always said a prayer.
A prayer of thanks for her blessings
And for all of the beauty she found there.
One day while in this garden
Someone had found it by chance.
He was mesmerized by the beautiful lady
Surrounded by wildflowers as she danced.
Never before had he encountered
Such beauty in any one.
The light in her hair resembled
Pure gold flowing down from the sun.

Her face glowed with a radiance
And her eyes were as blue as the sky.
He stood spellbound and watched this vision
As she danced with her arms held high.
Slowly he gathered his courage
And reached out for her hand.
Without hesitation she joined him
And kissed this warrior man.
You see... this golden haired lady
Had known this warrior before it seems.
To her he was not a stranger
But the man she had loved in her dreams.
As they held each other she whispered
"My prayers have been answered from above"
He placed a golden feather in her hair
As she looked into his eyes as black
And as deep as the river at midnight,
And she knew she had found her true love.
