Good-bye old friend I hate to let you go. You served me well And I really loved you so. To most people You're considered old But to me.... You're still as good as gold. How many times you took me To another world and back again. Once in awhile my memory Still wanders back to then. I put so many miles on you While you moved so smooth and fast. Oh... how I enjoyed driving you And watching heads turn as we passed. You were my mystical carriage Not once did you ever let me down. I'm so proud that you belonged to me; We sure had fun riding all around that town. We listened to the songs for hours And I think the angels watched us both At times there were so many tears I couldn't see the road. My beautiful majestic van You have so much class it's true And it breaks my heart to say so long But a big Dodge Truck's replacing you.
